Following minor injuries whilst playing hockey and netball at county level, Sinead's interest in how the body works and sustains itself was sparked. Alongside wanting to help people, she discovered Chiropractic, which involved the two, and hasn't looked back since.
Sinead aspires to help people take control of their health, and not let it get in the way of daily life. She believes chiropractic is a sustainable way to do this as it facilitates the body in healing.
She has experience treating patients of different ages, with ranges of goals, from getting back to gardening or going on runs, to simply putting on their socks with ease.
